Northeast California and adjacent Nevada from Lake Tahoe region of the Sierra Nevada to Mt. Shasta and Warner Mountains; entering the region in the Granite Range and on Catnip Mountain of north Washoe County, Nevada. Southern Lake County, Oregon.
