Habitat Description:
On open sagebrush hillsides and pinyon-juniper woodlands.
Distribution Range:
South Grand County and San Juan County, Utah, Montezuma County, Colorado, and San Juan County, New Mexico. Dry rocky slopes, Upper Sonoran and Transition Zones; in California through the Coast Ranges from Alameda County to Los Angeles County, thence north into the southern Sierra Nevada, occasional to the Lake Tahoe region.
